1. VTM Vial (Vial size: 13x75mm, round bottom) with pull cap), filled with 2ml medium and 1pc of Flocked Nasopharyngeal sampling swab and 1pc of Flocked Oropharyngeal sampling swab

2. Intended Use: intended for the collection and transport of clinical specimens including viruses and chlamydiae, mycoplasma or ureaplasma from the collection site to the testing laboratory

3. Main structure: This product is composed of VTM vial (Vial size: 13x75mm, round bottom) with pull cap, filled with 2ml medium and 1pc of Flocked Nasopharyngeal sampling swab and 1pc of Flocked Oropharyngeal sampling swab. The main components of medium are Hanks' Balanced Salt Solution, Phenol red, Bovine serum albumin, Gentamicin, etc.

4. Instruction for use

Step 1: Tear off the package and take out the swab

Step 2: Get sampling with swab from oropharyngeal part or/and nasopharyngeal part

Step 3: Place the swab in the VTM tube till the swab tip gets dipped in the medium

Step 4: Bend the oropharyngeal or/and nasopharyngeal sampling swab at a 180 degrees angle to break at the appropriate point or breakpoint

Step 5:Tighten the cap, shake it several times and complete the sampling

Remarks: After collection, the specimen should be transported to the laboratory within 72 hours with recommended storage temperature of 2-8°C.
